Role-Based Email
An email address tied to a role or department (info@, support@, sales@) rather than a person.
Role-based email addresses (info@, admin@, support@, sales@) should generally be excluded from cold email campaigns. They're often monitored by multiple people, more likely to mark you as spam, and less likely to convert.
Most email verification services flag role-based addresses. Remove them from your lists before sending. Target individual decision-makers instead.
